(In the matter DANIëLJB Hamman - case nr 2023/28171 - against the Minister of Police and the commander of Garsfontein Police Station) 👍🤗👌! So there you have it my friends - you now have a safe legal sex cruise bar and venue supported by the high court and the only unique men only legal sex cruise bar in SA!👍. This court judgement is a breakthrough and historical ruling in the history of SA courts in particularly for your gay rights! Thanks for your support last few months whilst I took the SAP and minister on in a hefty urgent ( more expensive hefty court battle) with obviously great expenditure launched by my brilliant legal team ( MARIUS BLOM INC) and my vigorous determined senior advocate J Sullivan on your and my constitutional rights!😉 This matter can not be appealed against as it is a final interdict ruling by the High Court.🙏🏻 You are welcome to read the ruling which will be displayed at reception soon and tell all your friends about it!!
